Who these are for
These Business Terms apply to gyms, studios, trainers and other organizations that use Meal n Rep to work with clients or members, in addition to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
Your plans and prices
Each gym or organization sets its own membership plans, prices, rules, promotions, referral rewards and cancellation terms, and is responsible for them being legal, clear and honoured.
Your clients' data
You see a client's or member's information only when they connect with you, only the parts they allow, and only until they or you end the connection. Use it only to serve that person. Don't copy it out for other purposes, sell it or share it, and keep your staff logins private.
What the company can see about your business
To run and improve the platform, the company that operates the app can see your organization's overall business information, such as number of members, plan types, revenue totals, check-in totals and feature use. The company does not use this to show anyone your members' names, emails, phone numbers or photos.
Staff
You are responsible for who you add as staff and for removing access when someone leaves. Staff actions on client data are recorded.
Payments
If you take payments through the app in the future, separate payment terms will apply and will be shown to you before you turn payments on.
Ending
You can close your organization at any time. Clients keep their own personal records after a connection ends.
Changes
If we change these Business Terms in an important way, we will ask you to agree again.
