The short version
Meal n Rep helps you plan workouts, log food and track your progress. Use it for your own health and fitness, keep your login private, and remember the app is a tool, not a doctor.
Who we are
Meal n Rep is owned and run by the company that operates the app ("we", "us"). By ticking "I agree" and using Meal n Rep, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Not medical advice
Workouts, calorie and macro targets, coaching tips and every other suggestion are general information. They are not medical, nutrition or professional advice. Check with a doctor before starting a new exercise or diet plan, especially if you are pregnant, have an injury, a heart condition, diabetes, an eating disorder or any other health condition. Stop any exercise that causes pain, dizziness or shortness of breath.
Food and kosher information
Food data comes from our own list, public databases and other users, and may contain mistakes. Kosher information is shown only when a recognized certification appears in the product data; we never decide or guess whether a food is kosher. Always check the package and your own rabbi or certifying agency.
Your account
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you need a parent's or guardian's permission. Give correct information, keep your password and recovery code safe, and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. One person per account.
What you may not do
Don't break the law with the app, try to get into other people's accounts or data, overload or attack the service, copy or resell the app or its content, or upload anything harmful, offensive or that you don't have the right to share (for example in community foods or progress photos).
Your data and how we use it
You own what you log. You give us permission to store and process it to run Meal n Rep for you. We may also look at usage and progress across all users in combined, de-identified form (with names, emails, phone numbers, photos and other details that identify you removed) to improve the app and the business. For example: how long people use the app, age groups, the general area people come from (such as state or the first 3 digits of a ZIP code, never an exact address), progress trends, and which features are used. We do not show the company your name, email, phone number, private photos or notes as part of this. The Privacy Policy explains this in full.
Trainers and gyms
If you choose to connect with a trainer or gym, they see only what you allow, and you can end that access at any time from the app.
Changes to the app
Features can change, be added or be removed over time. Paid features, if any are added later, will have their own clear terms and prices before you pay anything.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from the Me screen (Delete my account). We may suspend accounts that break these Terms.
Limits of our responsibility
Meal n Rep is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for injuries, health outcomes, lost data or indirect losses from using the app. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law that cannot be limited.
Changes
If we change these Terms in an important way, we will show you the new version and ask you to agree again before you keep using the app.
