How to track workouts and meals together
A routine that takes a few minutes a day.
Why log both
Training tells your body what to build; food decides whether it has the material. When both live in one place you can see a slow week in the gym next to a low-protein week, instead of guessing.
A daily routine
- Morning: open Today. It shows the day’s workout (or a rest day), your calorie and macro targets, water and last night’s sleep.
- Log food as you eat. Search, scan a barcode or pick from recents. Logging each meal right away is easier than remembering it at night.
- Train and log each set. Start the day’s workout from Today or Train. Each exercise shows what you did last time and a suggestion for today.
- Evening: glance at Today. If protein is short, a simple snack closes the gap. Nothing turns red if you miss a day.
- Weekly: open Progress. Best lifts, weight trend and your sleep average sit on one screen.
Tips
- Save meals you eat often so you can log them again quickly.
- Weigh in a few times a week at the same time of day; the 7-day trend matters more than one number.
- Keep Shabbos mode on if you keep Shabbos: those days never count as missed.
