Calorie and macro tracker: clear targets, clear totals
Starting targets you can understand, and totals that add up.
What it does
Meal n Rep turns your height, weight, age, activity and goal into starting daily targets for calories, protein, carbs, fat, fiber and water. Every food you log counts toward per-meal and daily totals on the Food and Today screens.
Worked example
Our test profile: man, 34, 5′10″, 182 lb, lightly active, training 3 days a week, goal build muscle. The app gave 2,830 kcal, 149 g protein, 367 g carbs and 85 g fat. You can check the math on How it works.

Options
- Weekly budget: the week is the budget. Eat more one day (a simcha, a big Shabbos meal) and the remaining days adjust a little, within limits: never more than 15% under or 10% over your usual target, and never below a safe floor.
- Smart check-in: after about two to three weeks of logging (10 complete food days and 6 weigh-ins), the app compares your real weight trend with your intake and suggests a new target. You approve any change.
- Exercise calories: choose whether workouts and cardio add calories back.
- Diet style: balanced, higher protein or lower carb.
- Hide numbers: track without seeing calorie targets.

Limits to know
- Targets are starting estimates from a standard formula, not a measurement and not medical advice.
- Per-meal numbers are rounded on their own, so they can differ from the day total by a calorie.
- The smart check-in needs regular logging and weigh-ins before it can suggest anything.
