Workout tracker: log every set, see last time, lift a bit more
Log your training in a few taps and always know what to lift next.
What it does
Meal n Rep records each workout set by set: weight, reps and rest. Next time you do the same exercise, it shows what you lifted last time and suggests what to aim for today. Your history, personal records and an estimated one-rep max build up on their own.
Who it's for
People who lift weights, at a gym or at home, and want a clear record without spreadsheets. Beginners get a plan to follow; experienced lifters can build their own workouts.

How to use it
- Open today's workout. It comes from your plan, or one you built yourself.
- Log each set. Enter weight and reps, tap done; the rest timer starts.
- Check the suggestion. Hit the top of the rep range on every set and the next session suggests a small weight increase (usually 5 lb or 2.5 kg). Otherwise it asks you to beat last time's reps at the same weight.
- Finish. The workout is saved to your history, with total volume and any new records.
Example
In a demo account, a bench press session of 135 lb × 8, 8 and 7 reps plus a landmine row of 70 lb × 10 and 9 reps was saved as 4,435 lb of total volume. The bench press record showed an estimated one-rep max of 171 lb, which is the standard Epley estimate for 135 lb × 8.

Free. Workout logging, history, records and suggestions need a free account. You can try a sample workout as a guest first.
Limits to know
- A finished workout can be deleted, but its sets can't be edited afterwards yet.
- Exercise demos are written steps and simple animated figures, not videos.
- No smartwatch or Apple Health / Google Fit sync.
- Suggestions follow simple rules (see how it works); they are not coaching from a person.
