Workout planner: a weekly plan that fits your days and your gym
A plan built from your goal, schedule and equipment, and a builder for your own workouts.
What it does
Tell Meal n Rep your goal, experience, which days you can train, how long you have, what equipment you can use and any injuries. It builds a weekly plan, explains why it chose it, and fills each workout with exercises, sets, reps and rest.
Prefer your own program? The workout builder lets you start from scratch or a copy, add exercises from the library or your own, and set sets, reps, rest, effort and supersets.
Who it's for
Beginners who don't know where to start, and busy people who need a plan that fits three days a week and an hour or less.
